take the two leads from the stun gun and add some thick gauge wire on both ends. Leave the ends sticking out little bit from the gap between the cap and the rim. Test it to see if the spark arches from one end to another. It should if you put the ends close enough.
Now find some RC controller and some servos and tape it to the stun so you can turn it on remotelly. Camp out near your car and wait for the crooks. Once you see a sketchy character ducking by the rim, push the button and listen....
